Our master watchmaker team prepares your watch for shipping within 48-72 business hours after payment confirmation. We provide necessary insurance coverage and deliver only to FedEx addresses for protection. Packages are not shipped on Friday or over the weekend. We ship your timepiece exclusively via FedEx Insured Express Shipping to your chosen FedEx Ship Center. You can also pick up your watch in West Palm Beach.

All watches go through a multipoint inspection for authenticity and condition. We photograph watches in-house and list them with thorough descriptions. This exhibits every aspect of their condition with total transparency. Our team’s expertise allows us to back all timepieces with 1-Year Warranty on movement. We do not cover loss, theft, water damage, or any damage caused by negligence or mishandling of the watch. Any returns incur a 20 percent restocking fee plus shipping costs.
