RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All timepieces offered by Luna PGA Timepieces Plus LLC undergo a comprehensive multi-point inspection to verify authenticity and assess condition prior to listing. Each watch is photographed in-house and accompanied by a detailed description that transparently reflects every aspect of its condition. Our team's expertise allows us to stand behind every timepiece we sell with a 1-Year Warranty on movement.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty covers mechanical movement defects only. It does not extend to loss, theft, water damage, or any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or mishandling of the timepiece.

Independent Dealer Disclosure

Luna PGA Timepieces Plus LLC operates as an independent dealer and is not an authorized retailer or service center for any brand, with the exception of Helfer Watches USA. We are unable to facilitate or honor manufacturer warranty claims for any brand we carry, excluding Helfer Watches USA.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Luna PGA Timepieces Plus LLC are considered final at the time of sale. Prior to purchase, buyers are provided with detailed photographs and thorough condition descriptions for every item listed. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted all item descriptions, photographs, and condition disclosures in full. Returns or refunds will not be issued on the basis of change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.

Exception — Material Misrepresentation

Luna PGA Timepieces Plus LLC will accept a return only in the event that an item was materially misrepresented in its listing — meaning the physical item received differs significantly and verifiably from the description or photographs provided at the time of sale. Any such claim must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of confirmed delivery. Luna PGA Timepieces Plus LLC reserves the right to assess and make the final determination on all misrepresentation claims.

Limitation of Liability

Luna PGA Timepieces Plus LLC's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
